Is Vijay Sethupathi Rajinikanth's villain?

 

Only yesterday, we reported about the possibility of National award winning cinematographer Tirru being roped in for Sun Pictures' film with Superstar Rajinikanth. Now, industry sources say that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi might have a role in the film as well as the makers have approached him to play villain in the film. Given that Rajini's director Karthik Subbaraj began his career with Pizza, the same film that cemented Vijay Sethupathy's name in every house-hold, the possibility of the casting getting materialised seems high. However, nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

Rajini's yet untitled film has Anirudh Ravichander for music and this will be the first time the nephew-in-law will be seen composing for his Superstar uncle. Sun Pictures is yet to officially announce the rest of the cast and crew of the film.
