If reports are anything to go by then Ajith starrer Viswasam is all set to begin shooting from March 23, 2018 at the Ramoji Film City at Hyderabad. The team will then movie to Chennai for a second schedule where they have already erected a huge set. Reports also suggest that the story will be a horror set in a completely rural backdrop. While it is true that earlier developments suggested director Siva taking time to fine-tune Viswasam's script, a confirmation on whether or not Viswasam is a horror story is still not attained. 

Viswasam has Nayanthara playing female lead with Yogi Babu and Thambi Ramaiah in supporting roles. Actors Arjun and Robo Shankar were last in the news for being approached for specific roles as well. Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the film has D. Imman for music, Vetri for cinematography (who is currently aslo shooting for Kanchana 3), Ruben for the edits and Anl Arasu for the stunts.
