Nibunan director reveals why should the audience watch the film
Director Arun Vaidhayanathan's bilingual film, Nibunan (Vismaya in Kannada) is all set to hit the screens on July 28, 2017. The director, who seemed busy prepping for the audio release that is to happen later in the evening, spared a quick few minutes to talk about his film.
On why audience should watch Nibunan
"Nibunan is probably the first family-oriented crime investigation film. It's a thriller film with a multi-starrer cast; From the making to the presentation to every technical aspect - everything would want you to walk into the theatre and watch the movie."
On what's different about Arjun's most-played cop role
"You will have to walk into the theatres to see that (laughs). The very fact that Arjun sir accepted to take on the script despite having to repeat the role of a cop proves that there is something different about this character."
On censorship of Nibunan
"In Kannada, the film was censored 'U/A' in the first attempt. Yes, we re-applied after it was censored 'A' in Tamil and we got 'U/A' without any cuts. Nibunan is PG 13** and I can assure you it will be a very interesting movie to watch
