Thuppakki Hot Updates (Sept 25 2012)

Insiders claim that Thuppakki has shaped up very well and expected to be a perfect treat for fans on Diwali day. The movie could very well be Vijay's most stylish and action packed movie. Last night, Thuppakki team had organized a surprise party for AR Murugadoss on his birthday. The celebratory mood of the team shows high level of confidence as they wrap up the last few days of shooting.

Plan A - Thuppakki; Plan B - Saravedi

Regarding Thuppakki title issue, next court hearing is slated on October 3rd. If the judgment is final and favourable allowing to retain "Thuppakki", team will stick to its original title. If the judgment goes against, the team is fully ready with Plan B, which is taking on the alternate title, Saravedi, which many feel as more apt for Vijay's style and festive time of release. Either ways, a formal announcement about the title and audio release date expected to be made on the same day or the following days after judgment (or no judgment). 

Music Release expected to happen around October 11th

On the music front, Harris Jayaraj has completed all his master touches to the songs and sent it abroad (London) for final high quality conversion from DAT files. Technically, the audio will be ready for release any time after October 5th. However, to allow time for logistics around printing audio covers, invitations and running promos, the audio release is expected to happen during the 2nd week (around October 11th) to clash with Maattrraan's mega release.

2012 is heading towards a massive climax as Thuppakki and Maattrraan are getting ready to steal each other's thunders.
