A.R. Rahman croons for Dhanush's Mariyaan

The shooting of Bharath Bala’s ‘Mariyaan’ starring Dhanush and Parvathy (‘Poo’ fame) is currently happening in Bhuj. The shooting is progressing well and is expected to be wrapped soon. A. R. Rahman is scoring the music for Dhanush’s film for the first time.

The music maestro is said to have completed the recording of the songs. Also he has crooned his voice for a track ‘Vizhithidu Nenje’ which would be a highlight of the film. Dhanush and A.R. Rahman will team up again for Anand L Rai’s ‘Ranjhnaa’. The film marks the Bollywood debut of Dhanush.
