Suriya's 24 will be a summer release

"24" is an upcoming action thriller movie. The movie starring Suriya and Samantha in the lead roles is directed by Vikram K Kumar of Yaavarum Nalam fame. Earlier, there were reports that the movie will be releasing on Pongal 2016. However the latest news is that, the team is planning to release this movie during summer 2016, as the movie involves extensive VFX work, which will take quite a few months. The first look of the movie will be revealed on November 24.  Music is by AR Rahman. The movie is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment.
