When Sai Pallavi was announced as the heroine in Suriya36, to be directed by Selvaraghavan, there was confusion over whether Rakul Preet Singh would be a part of the film. She has been rumored to be in the film for quite sometime now. We had actually confirmed that Suriya 36 would be a dual heroine film a couple of weeks back (Link)

 

Today, it has been confirmed that Rakul is indeed a part of the film and that Neeraja Kona would be designing the costumes for Suriya, Rakul and Sai Pallavi. The shoot of this film would commence this month end.

There is a suspense over who will compose the music for this film. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the front runner but there could be a surprise announcement too. Sivakumar Vijayan, Gk Prasanna and Vijai Murugan are the cameraman, editor and art director respectively. Dream Warrior Pictures will be producing this Diwali release, on a grand scale.
