Karthika joins Arya and Vijay Sethupathy's Purampokku team

Karthika Nair, who plays leading lady in the film, joins the Purampokku team next week. A huge prison set has been erected for the film recently. Arya plays a crook in the movie, Vijay Sethupathy plays a railway "Kalasi" and Shaam dons a cop role.

Purampokku is a multi-starrer movie directed by S.P Jhananathan of 'E' and 'Peranmai' fame. Arya, Vijay Sethupathy, Karthika Nair and Shaam are playing the lead roles in the movie. The movie is jointly produced by UTV and SP Jhananathan's Binary pictures.
