Rajnikanth's Lingaa is one of the most awaited movies this year. The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. The latest buzz in K-Town is that the film is set to hit the screens on December 12, 2014 on the occasion of Rajinkanth's birthday.

The buzz on the film is high ever since its announcement. There seems to be a stiff competition among the distributors in the overseas market to bag the Theatrical, Home video and TV rights of the film.
