Rajni shoots in gold room of Mysore Palace

The shooting of Lingaa is progressing at a brisk pace in and around Mysore. The team has recently shot a song in the Mysore Palace. Earlier the team was denied permission to shoot inside the Mysore palace. A song sequence was shot in Maharaja's special 'Gold Room' Ambavilasa at the Mysore Palace. Few scenes from the 1940's segment were also shot there. 

After the Mysore schedule, the team will next be shooting at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. A massive set has been erected for the shoot. While Sonakshi had joined the team for the first schedule, Anushka is yet to begin shoot for Lingaa. The Singham actress is likely to join the team in the Hyderabad schedule. 

Lingaa directed by KS Ravikumar has music by AR Rahman. The film is produced by Rockline Venkatesh.
