Vijay AR Murugadoss project starts rolling

Vijay and AR Murugadoss after the blockbuster success of Thuppakki are all set to team up again for a new project. The untitled project (Vijay 57) will go on floors today at Kolkatta. AR Murugadoss has confirmed the news in his microblog.

Samantha will be playing the female lead. While Thuppaki was set in the backdrop of Mumbai, director AR Murugadoss has chosen Kolkata as the backdrop for this movie. Produced by Ayngaran International, Anirudh will score the music and George Williams will handle the camera.

Anirudh who is scoring the music tweeted, "Happy to announce that I will be scoring the music for Ilayathalapathy directed by ARMurugadoss. Songs are coming out great"
