Vaalu to release on Thala's birthday

Vaalu is a comedy entertainer directed by debutante Vijay Chander starring Simbu, Hansika, Santhanam and VTV Ganesh. The audio of the film is set to be launched on February 14 on Valentine's day. Music by Thaman. The film is produced by Nic Arts.

It is a well known fact that Simbu is an ardent fan of Thala. The 'Vaanam' actor has decided to release his long awaited film ‘Vaalu’ on Thala's birthday (May 1). Simbu's last release was Poda Podi in November 2012 and he had no notable releases last year except for his cameo appearance in Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya.
