Karthika Nair getting ready for Purampokku

Purampokku starring Arya, Vijay Sethupathy and Shaam in the lead roles will be directed by SP Jhananathan of 'E' and 'Peranmai' fame. Karthika Nair of Ko fame has been roped in to play the female lead. The film will go on floors on January 14 at Kulu Manali. The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures jointly with SP Jhananathan’s Binary Pictures.

Karthika who is all excited to begin the shoot has already started doing her homework. The Ko actor will be performing a tap dance number in the film along with Arya. She is learning tap dance and is practising extensively to get it right. The Annakodi girl we hear will also be doing some action stunts for which she needs to get trained to ride a bike.
