Chikitu, the Anirudh composed first single from Rajinikanth starrer Coolie has a promotional music video release on June 25, 2025. The video featuring cameos by track vocalists Anirudh Ravichander, T Rajendherr, Arivu, and song's choreographer Sandy, is currently trending at No: 1 on YouTube. At this time, Sun Picutres has unveiled the Telugu version of Chikitu music video, which can be viewed above.

T Rajendherr, a multi-facted veteran in Tamil Cinema came with with the tune and term of Chikitu in a viral interview several years ago, while speaking about how he usually vibes with music all the time. Anirudh has incorporated TR's now-famous tune in the Coolie first single, and included the veteran too as a tribute to the legacy of T Rajendherr, whom the current generation may recognize as actor Silambarasan TR's father.    

Chikitu Telugu has lyrics by Srinivasa Mouli. Before its music video release on Gemini TV YouTube channel, Chikitu Telugu was released alongside the original Tamil version on all audio streaming platforms last evening. 

Coolie is written and directed by Lokesh Kangaraj, and the action thriller marks the debut collaboration between Rajinikanth and Tollywood star actor Nagarjuna. Coolie also stars Shruthi Haasan, Sathyaraj, and has cameos by Aamir Khan, Pooja Hegde among others.
