Coolie starring Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead is an upcoming Tamil movie that is scheduled to release on August 14, 2025. A Sun Pictures production, Coolie has been titled Majadoor in Hindi, and this was revealed during the film's first single release date announcement.

Majadoor means labourer in Hindi, and this has been chosen as the title for the Hindi dubbed version of Coolie, where as the original title is retained for Telugu, and Kannada dubbed versions.

Majadoor first single Chikitu composed by Anirudh Ravichander of Jawan (2023), Jersey (2022) (background score only), and David (2013) fame, is all set to release on June 25, 2025 at 6 PM. The song has choreography by Sandy Master. 

Touted to be an action thriller, Majadoor has an extended cameo appearance by Bollywood star actor Aamir Khan. The movie is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagraj, who is also set to make his Bollywood debut with a superhero film headlined by Aamir Khan.
