Shaam in Purampokku

Arya and Vijay Sethupathy will play the lead roles in 'Purampokku' to be directed by S.P.Jhananathan of 'E' and 'Peranmai' fame. The film deals with illegal acquisition of 'Purampokku' lands by people with power. Karthika Nair of Ko fame will play the female lead. 

The latest to join the cast is actor Shaam who was last seen in '6 Candles'. Shaam will play a role of a cop in this film. Interestingly Shaam had played the lead role in S. P. Jananathan's debut film Iyarkai.  

Purampokku will start rolling from January 14 in Kulumanali and the shoot will be followed then in some exotic places of Jaipur, Himachal Pradesh and Chennai. Music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
