The most likely Coolie OTT release date is September 11, 2025 (Thursday) given that Prime Video typically leaves a window of 28 days between a film's theatrical and streaming premiere. The other possible Coolie OTT release date is September 12, 2025 (Friday). 

Rajinikanth’s last two films, Vettaiyan (2024) and Jailer (2023), premiered on Amazon Prime Video on the 29th and 30th day after their theatrical release, respectively.
