The first single from Vidaamuyarchi is titled Sawadeeka, and the Anirudh Ravichander composed song will be released on December 27, 2024 (Friday) at 1 PM. The announcement poster of Vidaamuyarchi first single featured a glimpse of Ajith and Trisha from the song.

Vidaamuyarchi, an adaptation of American filmmaker Jonathan Mostow's Hollywood crime thriller Breakdown (1997), is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni in Tamil. The movie is produced by Lyca Productions, and releases in theaters for Pongal, 2025.
