Actor Suriya's 45th film, we learn, will be directed by Radio Jockey turned actor cum sports commentator RJ Balaji. MovieCrow also exclusively learns that music composer AR Rahman is in the process of coming onboard for Suriya 45. Official announcements on the same is however awaited.

Actor Suriya is currently awaiting the release of Kanguva: A Mighty Valiant Saga on November 14, 2024. He is also part of Suriya 44 (tentative title) with director Karthik Subbaraj. Suriya was supposed to begin Vaadivaasal with director Vetrimaaran as his 45th film, but looks like the star actor-producer is going for a fresh script for Suriya 45.

[October 14, 2024 - Update]: Dream Warrior Pictures has officially announced Suriya 45 (tentative title) with actor Suriya as the lead, RJ Balaji as the director, and AR Rahman as the music composer. Horse is a big theme in Suriya 45, as the title poster comes with a white one, and an announcement poster prior to that came with the mark of a horse shoe.
