For a little more than a week now, fans of Tamil star actor Suriya have been undergoing the five stages of grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance over Kanguva release date getting postponed. A fantasy action thriller slated to release in standard and 3D formats, Kanguva starring Suriya in dual roles is written and directed by Siva, and produced by Studio Green, UV Creations. 

Studio Green's producers KE Gnanavel Raja, wife Neha Gnanavel and PR face G Dhananjeyan, have been cornered by fans over a variety of reasons like announcing the release date without 'proper research', not sticking by their own claim that two movies have space to release at the Dussehra box-office, and for 'ruining careers' by upholding the tradition of postponing movies for over 10 years now.
