On Sunday, the Vidaa Muyarchi first look featuring a stylish Ajith Kumar donning his usual swag was unveiled. The backdrop of this Vidaa Myarchi first look poster, is an Azerbaijan terrain which fans recognized from the promotional videos released of Vidaa Muyarchi BTS (behind-the-scenes).

Now it has been revealed that Vidaa Muyarchi team chose Azerbaijan as a primary shooting location, for the terrain it came with. Elaborating on why the team chose Azerbaijan as the film’s location, Ajith's PR manager Suresh Chandra told the TOI,

“The terrain plays an important part in the film. This will be evident to audiences once they watch the film... A lot of Azerbaijani artistes are also acting in the film.” 

A Lyca Productions venture, Vidaa Muyarchi is written, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The movie has Anirudh Ravichander for music and also stars Trisha, Arjun, Aarav, Regina Cassandra, Nikhil Siddhartha among others.
