Siddharth in CV Kumar's Lucia remake

Producer C.V Kumar of Pizza and Soodhu Kavvum fame has acquired the remake rights of Kannada independent film "Lucia". He has acquired the rights to make 'Lucia' in Tamil and Telugu.

Siddharth will be playing the lead in the Tamil remake of the film. The film has been titled 'Lucia' in Tamil as well. Lucia will start rolling in January. It will be directed by débutante Prasad Ramar and music by Santhosh Narayanan. The film will be produced by CV Kumar's 'Thirukumaran Entertainment'. Cinematography by Gopi Amarnath and Editing by Leo John Paul.

Kannada film Lucia directed by Pawan Kumar is one of the most talked about film this year. Reportedly made on a moderate budget of 50 lakhs, "Lucia" is the first crowd-funded film in Kannada.
