Talks of 2023's biggest Tamil blockbuster Jailer getting a sequel has done the rounds for quite some time now. Latest of Jailer 2, the movie that will reunite actor Rajinikanth with director Nelson Dilipkumar for the second time, is that it has been titled Hukum. 

Hukum is the viral Anirudh Ravichander composed song from Jailer, that played a pivotal role in popularizing Jailer movie, and its reception. PinkVilla reports in an exclusive that Hukum has been decided as the tentative title of Jailer 2. 

PinkVilla also reports that Nelson Dilipkumar has gotten the nod from Rajinikanth, and Sun Pictures production banner for his Jailer 2 idea. The director is expected to begin Jailer 2 pre-production from June, 2024.
