Vidaa Muyarchi shooting footage reveals Ajith, Aarav's car accident

Vidaa Muyarchi starring actor Ajith Kumar in the lead, is an upcoming Tamil language action thriller written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions. Shooting of Vidaa Muyarchi has been happening on and off in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and recently shooting footages of the film were released to the public showcasing a shocking car accident. 

 

 

The footages show actor Ajith at the wheel of a desert SUV, filming what looks like a scene with an injured, and tied up Aarav. However the cameras capture the SUV being toppled from road to sand, and a worried Ajith inquiring if Aarav was okay. 

 

 

The drone cameras also show a mildly shocked crew rushing to rescue the actors; their pace however becomes indicative that there was no real danger or harm to the actors. Actor Ajith's PRO Suresh Chandra, who unveiled the Vidaa Muyarchi footages via his X handle, has revealed that the car accident happened in November, 2023.  He has also been quoted in a Tamil interview as stating,

 

"On November 2023, Vidaa Muyarchi team was shooting a chasing sequence. According to the script, Ajith Kumar sir has to chase a car which is moving ahead of him, but unfortunately the car skid and fell down in a 20 feet hole.

 

Since Ajith sir was riding a Hummer car, nothing happened to him. We released this particular footage now because a few are reporting that the film is dropped. Such reports hurt the hard working team as they are taking all sorts of risks to complete the film.

 

As of now, 60% shoot has been wrapped. After Anirudh (music composer of Vidaa Muyarchi) delivers the required songs, the team will begin the shoot. The team is planning for an October, 2024 release."
