[Updated: March 19, 2024] Kanguva starring actor Suriya in the lead is an upcoming Tamil language fantasy action, written by Adi Narayana, Madan Karky (dialogues), and directed by Siva. Studio Green, the banner behind this ambitious big budget movie has officially announced Kanguva's teaser release date as March 19, 2024 [Tuesday].

Kanguva teaser will be unveiled at 4: 30 PM tomorrow. Made on a budget of Rs. 300 - Rs. 350 Cr, Kanguva is scheduled to be released theatrically in 2024 in standard, 3D and IMAX formats. The movie is jointly produced by UV Creations, and has Devi Sri Prasad for music.

Kanguva's ensemble includes Bollywood's Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Telugu film actor Jagapathi Babu alongside Tamil film industry's Natarajan Subramaniam, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, G. Marimuthu (late), Deepa Venkat, Ravi Raghavendra, director K. S. Ravikumar, B. S. Avinash, among others. 

Kanguva's technical crew also includes Vetri for cinematography, Nishadh Yusuff for edits. Pen Studios and KVN Productions hold the distribution rights to Kanguva in Hindi and Kannada respectively. Saregama holds the Kanguva audiio rights, and Amazon Prime Video holds Kanguva's OTT rights.
