Ashok Selvan and Shantanu Bhagyaraj lead upcoming sports drama Blue Star is produced by director P. Ranjith and written, directed by debutant S Jayakumar. MovieCrow learns that Blue Star's release date is January 25, 2024 [Thursday] and the same will be officially announced at 11:00 AM today.

A cricket based movie, Blue Star is said to revolve around the constant face-off between the lead characters, who play for different cricket teams in the film. Blue Star also stars Keerthi Pandian, Prithvirajan, Bagavathi Perumal, Elango Kumaravel, Lizzie Antony, Divya Duraisamy, Arun Balaji, Balaji Prasad, Raghav, Shajji, Damu, Jeyachandran, Jeyaperumal, among others.

Blue Star has dialogues, screenplay by S. Jayakumar and Thamizh Prabha.
