Sivakarthikeyan lead sci-fi comedy Ayalaan is an upcoming Tamil movie that is scheduled to hit theater screens worldwide on January 12, 2024 [Friday]. The movie is coming out marking the Pongal/Sankranthi holidays in India, and the makers have now officially announced the Ayalaan trailer release date as January 5, 2024 [Friday]. 

Written and directed by R. Ravikumar of Indru Netru Naalai (2016) fame, Ayalaan is a production venture of Phantom FX Studios, KJR Studios and has AR Rahman for music. Ayalaan's plot revolves around a lost alien, who seeks assistance from Sivakarthikeyan and gang to return to its home planet.

However everything becomes increasingly challenging, once the alien finds its way back home.
