Maaveeran starring actor Sivakarthikeyan in the lead is a super-hero fantasy drama that released in theaters on July 14 this year. 3 months later, the film is now all set for a world television premiere on Sun TV Tamil channel. Maaveeran will be telecast for the first time on October 23, 2023 [Monday] at 6 PM. The movie is part of the Dussehra special broadcasts on Sun TV.

Written and directed by Madonne Ashwin of Mandela (2021) fame, Maaveeran also stars Aditi Shankar, Saritha, Mysskin, Monisha Blessy, Yogi Babu, Sunil (Telugu actor) among others. The movie follows the story of a cowardly comic artist from a working class background, who starts hearing a mysterious voice giving him the superpower of being one step ahead of others.
