While advance bookings of actor Rajinikanth's upcoming movie Jailer are open in several overseas locations the film is releasing in, full fledged India bookings is all set to open for Jailer only from August 5, 2023 i.e. Saturday. Even at the this point, the corporate reservations for Jailer with the multiplex chain PVR is said to have been booked and sold out till August 15, 2023 i.e. for the first 6 days since Jailer's theatrical release on August 10, 2023.

Jailer is currently gearing up for its first trailer/ showcase release at 6 PM today. The movie written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar is touted to be an action comedy revolving around the theme of antique idol smuggling. Rajinikanth plays a retired Jailer named Muthuvel Pandian in this U/A censored movie, which has Anirudh for music.

Jailer comes with a runtime of 168. 59 minutes i.e. 2 hours 48 minutes 59 seconds.
