After teasing of a grand Jailer audio launch, Sun Pictures has now officially revealed that the event will take place on July 28, 2023 [Friday] at Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai. Jailer audio launch event is expected to be star-studded, given the film is a multi-starrer with names like Mohanlal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff. Telugu actor Sunil among others in it. 

Sun Pictures has also confirmed that the anticipated Rajinikanth speech, will very much be a highlight of the Jailer audio launch event. Jailer is an action thriller written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar of Beast (2022), Doctor (2021) and Kolamaavu Kokila (2018) fame.

The movie has music by Anirudh. Two singles titled Kaavaalaa and Hukum - Thalaivar Alappara have so far released from the Jailer album, and have gone on to become chartbusters.
