[Updated: May 31, 2023] A Red Giant Movies production, Maamannan starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh in lead roles is all set to release in theaters in June 2023 for Bakrid [June 19 release date plan awaits official confirmation]. The movie with AR Rahman for music has also had two single releases namely Raasa Kannu and Jigu Jigu Rail. Now Maamannan is gearing up for a full album release and the audio launch event will take place on June 1, 2023 [Thursday].

AR Rahman will be performing a full live concert of Maamannan songs, and the event will take place at Nehru Stadium at Chennai.
