Following a powerful first look poster, the makers of Maamannan have now unveiled a second look featuring lead actors Udhayanidhi Stalin, Fahadh Faasil and Vadivelu. Director Mari Selvaraj has been dropping hints of a making a political statement with Maamannan, and that Vadivelu features in a never-before-seen avatar. While Vadivelu was seen with a gun and Udhayanidhi with an assault sword in the first look, the second poster features a pensive version of the former and a suited version of the latter. 

Actor Fahadh Faasil's look in Maamannan has been unveiled for the first time with this second poster, and he features in a rustic avatar alongside the other two. Both Maamannan posters unveiled so far are high in concept and hint of a power play theme in the movie.

Maamannan produced by Red Giant Movies has Keerthy Suresh playing female lead and is scheduled to release in theaters for Bakrid in June, 2023. The technical crew of this movie includes AR Rahman for music, Theni Eswar for cinematography and Selva for the edits.
