Behind-the-scenes (BTS) of a high budget period drama with picturesque visuals, make for an appealing filming process video and Ponniyin Selvan: Part One (PS1) is the latest magnum opus, to entice its audience with this.  The makers have taken viewers behind-the-scenes of every song making (here and here) and latest to release is the Ratchasa Maamaney BTS featuring actors Trisha, Karthi and Shobita Dhulipala.

One of the most talked about points surrounding Ponniyin Selvan aka PS1 is how stunning Trisha looks in the film [and during promotions]; the same is reflected in this footage from the shooting spot too. 

PS1 releases in theaters on September 30, 2022 and has Ravi Varman for cinematography, AR Rahman for music. The movie is directed by Mani Ratnam, produced by Lyca Productions, Madras Talkies and has Tips Tamil as the audio label.
