Kamal's Viswaroopam

Kamal Haasan in a recent interview for a popular daily,Mid-Day, provided some background information into why Selvaraghavan had to walk out from this project. Kamal Haasan felt that that the director(Selvaraghavan) did not respect his time and as a result the project had to lose Sonakshi Sinha and his own dates. He quipped "If my dates are being wasted, the project becomes mine". He also squashed the rumours surrounding the story of Viswaroopam. He clarified that the movie is NOT inspired by Anthony Hopkins Hannibal. 

Viswaroopam developing as a bilingual in Hindi and Tamil is expected to have a bigger production budget than Dasavatharam. The movie is being shot extensively in India, US, UK and Jordan. The heroine in the movie as we reported earlier is Pooja Kumar, an NRI living in the US. Elizabeth fame Shekhar Kapoor also plays a small cameo in this movie. Viswaroopam is expected to release during the first half of 2012.
