Vikram starring Kamal Haasan in the lead has gone on to amass a whopping Rs. 300 Cr. at the worldwide (WW) box-office within just 10 days of its run in movie theaters. Vikram released on June 3, 2022 and its WW gross on day 10 stands at Rs. 300 Cr+, making it only the third Tamil film to achieve this feat. 

While Vikram is still going strong in theaters, the Tamil movie (2.0) with the highest worldwide gross to date, is still miles ahead (Rs. 600 Cr+) in terms of its lifetime collections. It is worth mentioning here that the highest grossing Tamil movies WW are mostly only Rajinikanth and Vijay starrers. Kamal Haasan has not just debuted into the Rs. 300 Cr. club but it is also his first and only movie on this list.
