Thiruchitrambalam is actor Dhanush's 44th film of his career and the movie marks his reunion with director Mithran Jawahar after remakes like Yaaradi Nee Mohini (2008), Kutty (2010) and Uthamaputhiran (2010). Recently Sun Pictures hinted the theme of food delivery service with a new poster for the movie, and now it has been updated that characters from the film will be unveiled starting tomorrow. i.e. June 8, 2022.

Thiruchitrambalam has Anirudh for music and also stars Nithya Menen, Raashi Khanna, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Prakash Raj, Bharathiraja among others. The movie is scheduled to release in theaters for Dhanush's birthday i.e. July 28, 2022.
