AK 61 (tentative title), is an upcoming movie starring actor Ajith Kumar in the lead and latest update on the movie is that Malayalam actress Manju Warrier has been roped in to play the actor's pair in the film. Manju Warrier made her debut in Tamil with the 2019 hit Asuran opposite Dhanush and AK 61 will be her second movie in Kollywood. 

Directed by H. Vinoth, the movie also stars Lift actor Kavin in an important role and has Ghibran for music and Nirav Shah for cinematography. AK 61 is currently being shot at Hyderabad and Manju Warrier will soon be joining the sets of this bank-heist thriller.

The film is produced by Boney Kapoor's Bay View Projects, Zee Studios and Zee Music South holds the audio rights.
