Just days after Kamal Haasan quit as the host of Bigg Boss Ultimate to complete his upcoming movie Vikram, the shooting of the latter has come to an end. Vikram is a home production of Kamal Haasan's in which he also plays a lead and the movie is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi play pivotal roles in the movie, which is touted to be an action thriller and is expected to release in theaters on April 28, 2022 (Thursday). An official announcement on the release date is awaited.

Vikram is produced under the banner Raaj Kamal Films International and the technical crew of this film includes Anirudh for music, Girish Gangadharan for cinematography and Philomin Raj for edits.
