Word in the Bollywood media circle about Boney Kapoor produced Valimai is that the film is gearing up for a trailer release on December 30, 2021 i.e. tomorrow. Reports also suggest that the Valimai trailer comes with a run-time of 3 minutes and that there are no punch dialogues in the video.  

Ajith plays a cop in Valimai which is directed by H Vinoth and co-produced by Zee Studios. The film is scheduled to release in theaters for Pongal, 2022 and also stars Karthikeya, Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu among others.
