Among the top 10 topics with the most hashtags on Twitter in 2021, Tamil film Valimai has grabbed the no: 9 spot in Malaysia. The Ajith starrer is the only film in the category, let alone an Indian film or a Tamil film. Popular K-pop boy groups Ateez, BTS and Netflix's Korean series Vincenzo, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha were the other entertainment entities with the most hashtags in that country. 

Twitter India was prompt to highlight this milestone for Valimai in a country, where Tamil film audience are a minority.
