Actor Shah Rukh Khan who got unexpectedly busy with the controversy surrounding Aryan Khan, is now all set to resume shooting for his upcoming film with director Atlee. SRK is expected to join filming on November 21 and the actor's team has confirmed, “Plans for Shah Rukh to resume his shoots are on. But SRK will confirm the final day that he returns to shooting after November 15”.

Actress Nayanthara who for a brief moment was thought to be replaced by Samantha, is back on board as well. She plays an investigating officer in the movie and also Shah Rukh's pair. The yet to be titled Atlee-Shah Rukh Khan film is touted to be an action thriller and has SRK playing dual roles of father and son.

The film is said to revolve around how one of his characters leads a group of wrongly accused female jail mates, played by Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and turns them into a group of vigilantes fighting social evils. Nayanthara plays the top cop investigating the case and it’s her versus Shah Rukh in the film.
