The third instalment of the Demonte Colony horror-thriller franchise is gearing up for a summer 2026 release, with Arulnithi returning in the lead. The film’s first look hints at fresh threats while continuing the eerie legacy established by the earlier parts.

Joining Arulnithi once again are Priya Bhavani Shankar, Archana Ravichandran, Muthukumar, and Meenakshi Govindarajan, signalling strong narrative continuity and a direct extension of the franchise’s mythology.

The technical team also remains unchanged, with Sam CS composing the music, Sivakumar Vijayan handling cinematography, Kumaresh D overseeing editing, and Pattukkottai Prabakar penning the dialogues. The film is produced by Sudhan Sundaram, Manish Singhal, and Durgaram Choudhary, with RC Rajkumar, Akshat Singhal, and Mohit Singhal as co-producers.
