Cooku with Comali 2 winner Kani is all set to enter the Bigg Boss house for the Tamil reality show's 5th season. Previously, Kani's sister Vijayalakshmi had entered the Kamal Haasan hosted show as a wild card contestant. Kani is the daughter of director Agathiyan who has also done hosting duties on Makkal TV. 

She will be leaving two young daughters she shares with her husband director Thiru to enter the Bigg Boss house. Bigg Boss Tamil 5 is expected to air on Vijay TV from October, 2021. Catch the latest promo from the show here:
