The shooting of Ajith's upcoming action-thriller Valimai has wrapped shooting at Russia, where the team recently flew to complete the pending action sequence. Boney Kapoor's Bay View Projects and Zee Studios plan on releasing the movie in theaters for Diwali on November 4, 2021. 

Valimai is directed by H. Vinoth and also stars Huma Qureshi, Karthikeya, Yogi Babu among others. The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and a teaser release is awaited soon.
