We had previously reported that the satellite and digital rights for SS Rajamouli's multilingual movie RRR has been bagged for a whopping Rs. 200+ Cr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios is said to have held these rights and latest reports suggest that he has passed them over to Zee Network for a massive amount of Rs. 350 Cr.

This means that the post release in theaters, RRR in all languages of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada will be making its TV and OTT premiere on Zee Network owned channels and streaming platforms. RRR starring Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn is scheduled for a release on October 13, 2021.
