Tamil movies face indefinite postponement due to COVID19 second wave!

The second wave of COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu has brought in stricter restrictions and social distancing rules because of which movie theaters in the South-Indian state are going on a complete shut-down soon. Movies like MGR Magan (scheduled to release this April 23) and Doctor (scheduled for Ramzan release mid-May) have already postponed their release dates indefinitely. 

 

 

Other May month expectants like Vijay Sethupathi's Laabam, Vijay Antony's Kodiyil Oruvan and Rio Raj's Plan Panni Pannanum which is scheduled for April 30 release, are also expected to postpone their respective dates.

 

This inturn is expected to affect the schedule of other movies like Arun Vijay's Borrder, which was come out on May 28, 2021.
