Jagame Thandhiram directed by Karthik Subbaraj is gearing up for a direct OTT release on Netflix and previously we had reported that the expected release date would be in June, 2021. However the official premiere date of the Dhanush starrer has not been announced till now.

In the meantime, MovieCrow has learnt that for the satellite rights of the movie, Tamil channel Vijay TV of Star Network has given a huge bid and it is one of the major bids the movie has received. It remains to be seen if Vijay TV will end up bagging it.

Jagame Thandhiram is rated 18+ on Netflix and comes with a run time of 2 hours 37 minutes. The movie's plot-line has been described by the OTT platform as 'A nomadic gangster finds himself caught between good and evil in a fight for a place to call home.'
