The state of Kerala which is following strict COVID-19 protocols has cleared movie theaters for re-opening, after local film bodies met their Chief Minister earlier today. Albeit 50% theater occupancy, the Kerala government has allowed 3 shows per day for Vijay's Master which will mark the cinema halls' re-opening in the state.

No night shows will be included in these timings; However given the massive fan-base Vijay enjoys in the state, it wouldn't be a big surprise if Master ends up bringing back the theater crowd to Kerala cine halls as well.
