It has been more or less confirmed right now that Vijay's upcoming movie Master will hit theater screens for Pongal on January 13, 2021. Master's co-production banner 7 Screen Studio has a biggie of its own in the making which is none other than Vikram's Cobra. 

Latest buzz is that the teaser of Cobra will be unveiled for Pongal and will be screened in theaters during the interval of Master. An official announcement on the same is however awaited.

Cobra is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and is currently in the last round of shooting. The film has A.R. Rahman for music and also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Miya and cricketer Irfan Pathan in important roles.
