The makers of Cobra, an upcoming Tamil film starring Chiyaan Vikram have officially announced that the shooting of the movie has resumed; It was reported over the past few days that filming kick-started at a Chennai set and the team will also be flying to Russia over the next few weeks.

According to hearsay, Cobra has 25 days of shooting left to wrap and director Ajay Gnanamuthu is leaving no stone unturned to maintain the quality of the movie. 7 Screen Studios is producing the movie which has music by A.R. Rahman and Srinidhi Shetty playing female lead.
